- Process and approve applications for new owners, renters, and guests. Register new owners and renters to the residential operating systems. Assigned parking barcodes and Identification badges.- Aided in enforcing and abiding by all city codes, ordinances and association rules and regulations appointed by the Board of Directors.- Attended to office calls and emails. Follow up with resident issues and complaints. Familiar with Techcierge and Vertalinc residential operating systems.

- Oversee the day to day activity of the front desk, to ensure quality of service is being met at the 4 star standards provided by Forbes. Act as initial person of contact for guest issues.- Effectively communicate with other hotel departments with concerns to customer service, hotel policies and reporting matters. Prepared the minutes for the monthly department meetings.Introduced an improved the level of service with the creation of the Forbes Focused newsletter, aimed to increase the level of service and standards by providing innovative insight to the service industry.

Hotel Breakwater South Beach

Assisted the Front Office Manager in directing and supervising the Front Office department, consisting of the Front Desk, PBX operators, Reservation agents, Concierge, and Bell staff. Assisted in the hiring and training of new Front Office employees at a sister property, where Opera was the primary operating system.Contributed to forming the Standard Operating Procedures, for daily tasks and responsibilities for the Front Office Department. Trained and mentored new and junior employees.

- Responsible for receiving internal and external calls in regards to group reservations and services.- Manage day to day reservation inquires, requests and payments with third party companies and travel agents only. Responsible for all areas of reservation process such confirm, cancel, collection of payment. - Effectively communicate service commitment and brand identity to all team members and external partners.
