Responsible for analyzing data from multiple sources and transforming that data into actionable insights that help Lions Clubs International become more informed, efficient, effective, and proactive when working to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities include budget preparation and forecasting, manages and monitors all financial aspects including all Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable in Quickbooks, monthly reconciliation of all accounts, and analyzing and posting journal entries. Prepares monthly financial statements and reports to the board on a monthly basis as well as prepares administrative reports and work with investors for funding. Additional duties include approving all sales orders in Salesforce, running numerous reports in Salesforce and reconciling Quickbooks and Salesforce sales orders monthly; processing bi-monthly payroll and expense reimbursement; run bi-yearly student license audits and invoice customers accordingly; onboard and process all new hire paperwork; coordinate company-wide travel arrangements; manage all employee benefits. In addition, handle the marketing automation program for the company, which involve handling marketing campaigns, nurture programs and all inbound lead routing.
