Currently serve as Chief of Staff to Chief Strategy, Transformation and Innovation Officer - Audit (CSTO). Lead our practice's transformation effort, and support strategic agenda of CSTO; monitor and manage investment to and implementation of future state vision. Lead overall program management, ensuring workstream connectivity and coordination oversight, overseeing coordination between stakeholders to ensure alignment and avoid inappropriate overlap, promote efficiency, and eliminate confusion. Oversee budget and forecasting, including resource onboarding. Coordiate and report to Vice Chair-Audit office, and other US/global firm stakeholders.

Chief Administrative Leader for our Audit practice, namely focused on coordinating efforts of select Audit support teams (e.g. learning, resource management, technology, communications, professional practice) to establish and/or improve processes around communications and expectations placed on our audit field professionals. Drove oversight of various Audit initiatives supporting operational excellence, including Audit knowledge management, centralized services / centers of excellence, etc.

Chief operating and administrative officer for our US Financial Services (FS) line of business. My primary responsibilities included overseeing our efforts relating to our FS growth strategy and other operational activities, including business planning, reporting and analysis, driving investment/resource needs, etc.

Senior manager within the FS audit practice, serving a variety of SEC and private insurance clients with financial statement audit, audit of internal control, advisory, and due diligence services. I also served Allianz AG during a two-year international rotation in Munich, Germany, focusing on their Form 20-F filing and advising on their world-wide SOX 404 readiness project.
