Oversight of $1.7m state outreach contract comprised of 15 subcontracting agencies across San Diego County. Leadership has resulted in 200% expansion over two contract cycles.Development of systemic approaches to address food security through the integration of CalFresh and food resources into existing systems. Examples include healthcare settings, community colleges, and early childcare. Creation of tracking systems to identify and address trending barriers to benefit access.
