I was lucky to have the opportunity to work in the customer experience, usability experience, and design experience department at Waters Corporation my freshman year of college, and have continued to come back to work during school breaks through my senior year. I began by learning skills such as journey mapping a future state of a product based off of user personas, how to compile reports in Microsoft Word and Excel as a workshop scribe, how to use new software to create animation for newsletters, and how to migrate files. As time progressed, I began to interview people to help develop the user personas used company-wide. With the recent grand opening of Waters' Customer Experience Design Center, I had the opportunity to create some promotional videos for the Center, as well as help to facilitate usability testing when it was up and running. Currently I am continuing to build our database of user-personas and analyzing how best to market to people based on their demographics. It is a great learning experience not only in the customer and user experience realm, but also in the latest software and instrument products being released into the biotech industry!

I have been given the opportunity to work on the logistics team at '47 this summer, and it could not be going better! I have gained exposure working on different projects in many departments such as Compliance, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics. It has been an amazing learning experience and a great chance to expand my Microsoft suite skills. Go '47!!

As a counselor, I work with children grades 3-10 at overnight camp. This includes a variety of activities such as supervising as well as organizing night-time activities like campus-wide activities and confidence building discussions. In addition, I provide emotional support and conflict resolution for approximately 80 young adults while coaching them in lacrosse, basketball, golf, volleyball, and swimming. It is imperative to have an energetic and optimistic personality in this field.

I am so grateful for the opportunity I had to dive into the world of experiential marketing at Jack! As a growth intern, I gained valuable experience in supporting account managers in the pre-production of pitch proposals, creating case studies out of previous brand experience events in China, technical content writing, and conducting internal interviews for press releases. Additionally, I improved my business Chinese language skills while working with the wonderful Jack employees in Shanghai.

I am an alert first responder in monitoring and checking University of Massachusetts Amherst dorm door system. While on duty, I am either at the office surveying all of the anomalies with campus doors, or I am in the field enforcing security rules on site in order to ensure safety on a campus-wide scale.

I officiate girls youth lacrosse games to maintain standards of play and to ensure that game rules are observed, and by doing so, I hope to instill a sense of integrity and responsibility into young women from ages ranging from 9-16. Additionally, I have honed my ability to answer difficult questions from several parties on the spot with professionalism and poise.

My responsibilities were heavily weighted in customer service. Whether I was serving guests at a wedding, cocktail party, or formal dinner, I needed to remain calm and poised in order to cater exactly to my client's needs. The most important trait in this industry in my opinion is adaptability, which allows me to create a solution or react properly to my environment in order to ensure guests' happiness.

I greeted customers, answered phones, took food orders, and operated the register atthis 175-seat Chinese and Asian restaurant. I learned to always be respectful, well-mannered, adaptable, and poised while dealing with customers and their problems.
