I keep Atom Creek running smooth on a day to day basis. You could more describe my role as the Office Mangler; the files are kept up to date, invoices are sent regularly & collected on. The shipments are received and added to inventory by yours truly! I also plan all the fun! Atom Creek has a strong belief in work life balance & I keep the scales in check! HR, yeah I do that that too, chief executioner here; more like I make sure payroll gets ran & taxes get paid. • Collect and process payments on accounts • Receive all shipments; process orders for will-call pickup • Organize monthly client appreciation events • On location consultation / sales of security, automation & camera systems • Handle on all online marketing & advertisement campaigns • Attend various networking groups & events to build & maintain referral partnerships • Other administrative duties as assigned
