Reported to the Communications and Market Manager with responsibility for ensuring the delivery of effective and timely design and print solutions to the Marketing, Corporate relations and Product Development team and the effective management of quality, processes and controls. • Played a lead role in the setting up of IAG’s in-house design studio resulting in significant costs savings of between $3,000 to upwards of $20,000 per project.• Managed all press passing, quality management, producing estimates and quotations for work in progress.• Oversaw a total print spend of $2.5 - $3.5 million per annum• Led the process for continuous improvement reviews, identifying cost savings over the years which have resulted in savings for upwards of $300k per annum.• Revised vendor / supplier relations focusing on reduction in costs whilst improving quality of work.• Worked with a supply to define and enhance the stock management system; such was the success of this project the supplier then integrated these changes for use in selling to external clients.
