I assisted the Accounts Receivable department by billing customers on the SAP program using the bill of lading. I then printed and attached the invoices to the BOL, and mailed or emailed invoices to the customers. I also used Microsoft Excel to create segment earning reports, backlog charts, budget comparisons, and other financial statements. I compared previous and present year sales detail to check for missing data or differences in the transactions by running reports from the company's internal system and using pivot tables.
