Inspection of welds, coordination of NDE requirements and subcontractors in accordance with project requirements. Review all non-destructive reports. Witness Hydro and Pneumatic tests. Construct Hydro/Pneumatic test packages. Verify all material purchased and installed are to code and client specifications. Coordinate with the client/Authorized inspector on all requested inspections. Work with corporate Quality Manager and project management team. Issuance of non-conformance reports and corrective actions. Assessing potential projects quality requirements, quantifying NDE requirements. ABSA audits. Code verifications. Client spec verifications. Implementation of QMS manuals.
