- Lead Client Service Team while establishing goals and evaluating results.- Ensures profitable growth and account retention, long−term company relationships, and effectiveutilization of corporate resources.- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and customer services by improving ongoing servicedelivery methods.- Manage caseload assignments, adherence to operating standards, and quality assurance for clients.- Discover and implement efficiencies in business practices and standardize processes.

•Analyzing data from carriers on complex clients and providing recommendations to clients in order to effectively negotiate rates and funding levels.•Evaluating and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports that measure client financial status.•Track expenses by product line, renewal projections, funding levels and rates, etc. to clients when necessary.•Evaluating, assigning, monitoring and peer review reports generated by underwriting team.•Assists in the preparation of presentations, campaigns, communication materials, newsletters, etc. to internal staff and clients/prospects regarding underwriting policies and scope of services.•Acts as a resource regarding industry trends and technologies for account service and consulting, new sales, and additional sales to existing clients.•Mentor current Benefit Analyst team members.•Utilize company tools and integrate them into analysis, such as utilization, predictive modeling, financial analysis, contribution modeling analysis, workforce evaluation, benchmarking, etc.•Create utilization reports for clients, as needed.•Develop funding strategies for self-funded clients.•Assist in educating clients and internal teams regarding self-funding options, experience reporting, utilization, carrier reports, etc. •Generate employee contribution analysis per client specific criteria.

•Research and gather client/prospect information to prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) and send out to bid to carriers for self-funded groups.•Utilize company tools and integrate them into analysis, such as utilization, predictive modeling, financial analysis, contribution modeling analysis, workforce evaluation, benchmarking, etc.•Create and maintain monthly and quarterly experience reporting (utilization, IBNR) for clients.•Create or repackage utilization reports for clients, as needed.•Develop funding strategies for self-funded clients.•Assist in educating clients and internal teams regarding self-funding options, experience reporting, utilization, carrier reports, etc. •Generate employee contribution analysis per client specific criteria.
