Analyzing Plan Detail Reports to update the CAREN IVR in regards to new group implementations, group changes, MOS, and National Health Care Reform for Professional, Facility, and Medicare Advantage lines of business. Analyze internal inquiries of the IVR and update system accordingly. Work with supervisors and Health Care Analysts on projects related to MOS, National Health Care Reform, and group issues.

Duties Include: Assisting providers with benefit and claim information, analyze claim processing, calculate payment amounts, verify procedure code benefits, reprocess claims for providers as necessary, use SharePoint to help with benefit and claim information, and works on the benefit and claim Helpdesk periodically.

Duties Included: Typing memos, filing and balancing invoices, entering customer orders, answer customer questions, answer and screen phone calls, complete employee timesheets, providing support to the District Manager and Supervisors such as typing memos, calculating costs of products, and working with other locations to obtain a certain product for the customer.
