Develops and implements a compliance program that not only is designed to meet SEC’s and Wisconsin state regulatory expectations, but that works in concert with the organizations structure, relative level of complexity and resources. Manages the monitoring of business activities for compliance with applicable rules and regulations and, continually monitors and researches relevant SEC guidance and rulings, and updates operating manuals and procedural documents when regulations change. Played an integral role in shifting the organization from being a state registered advisor to registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission, while working in conjunction with the CCO, legal counsel and outside third-party compliance consulting firms. Continue to research and incorporate new technology platforms and tools as well as initiated and executed the transition to a secure cloud-based document management system.

Use available resources to research and analyze; trend, color, print, fabric and silhouette direction for each season. Work alongside team members to develop and create inspirational and supporting materials each season by delivering trend books by floor set as well as global seasonal trend books to the merchandising team, design teams, as well as the Executive Management team within the Chico’s brand. Travel domestically to observe and document current and upcoming trend direction and, attend color and trend forecasting symposiums. Sort purchased clothing samples and assist in styling outfits used for visual representation during presentations.

Assist sales representatives by attending client meetings throughout New York City to present the current color and trend forecasting services. Using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, edit runway imagery, develop and compose email campaigns and create PowerPoint presentations and assist in creating and organizing color and trend forecasting books. Fulfill product orders for Pantone swatches and Creative Services color standards.
