Business Process Optimization:- Acted as project manager on a Billing Consolidation Project including an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) implementation.o Worked with the Solutions Development Office to create a Microsoft Project plan for all the interfaces, reports and custom program activities to be migrated as a part of the Billing Consolidation Project. o Facilitated sessions with 16 business areas and report developers in order to determine the scope of reports and the new Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) platform. - Served as Billing Incident Manager for a complete Billing Support System (BSS) implementation project including owning deployment activities for the billing stream, including maintenance of billing deployment material in a nightly deployment handoff to the offshore team. o Implemented a new validation process for billing incidents, which included working as the liaison between the delivery teams and the business to mitigate risks and concerns.o Reviewed the adjustment amounts of approved incidents sent for deployment which prevented an incorrect adjustment amount totaling $6.1 million of credits from being posted on thousands of accounts.
