- Implementing SDS (Self Directed Support) legislation with the finance department- Line management responsibilities (including recruitment, disciplinary, work performance, time management)- Read, interpret and apply Government legislation - Plan and manage team workload Develop new finance policies, procedures and systems- Staff training- Continuous Service Improvement to ensure best practice is achieved- Liaise with internal and externals partners, representing the service at meetings- Report writing- Produce system based statistical information and reports- Internal Audit reports, respond to and implement actions as required
