My work supports nonprofit organizations in aligning their operations and programming with the mission they were created to serve so they can more effectively bring new possibilities into the world.Trained as a civil and environmental engineer and project management professional I worked for nearly 20 years in project management and operations management in engineering, government and nonprofit organizations. In 2019 I took a sabbatical to engage full-time in meditation and spiritual practice. During this time I began to volunteer for the nonprofit spiritual organization I was part of and found a love for seeing how our principles of practice could be used to make ourselves more available to see new possibilities and move through challenges in our operational work. From here grew an interest in working with nonprofit organizations to identify challenges and creative possibilities in their work and to create the plans and operational processes needed to actualize them.
