CurrentAs the Communications Director, I manage all aspects of external and internal communications to drive brand growth and audience engagement. Key responsibilities include: • Content Strategy & Growth: I lead the development of a dynamic content strategy that focuses on growth, ensuring our messaging resonates with target audiences across all platforms. This includes creating and curating high-quality content that fosters brand awareness and engagement. • Audience Engagement & Expansion: I monitor audience behavior and engagement metrics, using data to optimize content for performance and growth. I leverage analytics to understand what works and adjust the strategy to maximize reach and impact. • Public Relations & Fundraising: Manage public relations initiatives, building relationships with media outlets and curating impactful fundraising events that support our mission and expand our reach. • Content Performance Analysis: I regularly analyze content performance using gross statistics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions. This data is used to make informed decisions that drive both organic and paid growth, helping the organization scale. • Brand Management: I ensure all communication aligns with the organization’s mission and values, maintaining consistency across all platforms, and contributing to the brand’s growth in reputation and reach. • Media Relations & Press Coverage: Secure media coverage through strategic pitching and relationship building, enhancing our organization’s visibility and reputation. • Team Collaboration & Growth: I collaborate with other departments to align communications strategies with broader organizational goals and support the team’s expansion by identifying and training new talent in communication best practices.In this role, I not only focus on managing current communication channels but also drive innovation, aiming for sustainable growth in brand visibility and audience reach.
