Responsibilities:- Assisting clients to successfully return to work - Case Management including case notes, regular communication, report writing - Knowledge of injury prevention and case management principles- Meeting timeframes and daily individual budgets - Atlas Database management - Continuous career professional development (CPD) and registration with OT Australia Achievements:- Conducting Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, Pre-Employment Assessments, Workplace Risk & Safety Assessments, Activities of Daily Living Assessments- Planning and implementing Graduated Return to Work and Suitable Duties Plans - Communication within a multi-disciplinary team, clients and injured workers- Successful Case Management including daily case noting, report writing and case reviews- Knowledge and understanding of workplace legislation and Service Level Agreement requirements- Participation in continuous CPD including an Environmental Modifications Course

2 year move to London, United Kingdom to fulfil my passion of travel. Whilst living in London I have continued my professional engagement in Occupational Therapy through HPC registration and by working in short term (locum) roles within the National Health System (NHS).
