Completed unofficial credit/degree evaluations to support students in the decision making process to attend WSU. • Project managed the development and/or re-introduction of print and digital marketing piece, as well as campus events to support enrollment growth. Provided content, copy editing, and design vision for large-scale communication plans and event plans.

Global Campus

•Recruited, trained and supervised a staff of up to 14 student/non-student time-slip employees in the creation of ADA Compliant audio to text transcripts.•Assisted in the interviewing and hiring for many other part time time-slip positions in the building not under my supervisory role•Managed and maintained budget for transcription services•Maintained and provided complete and accurate reports of transcript completion, expected dates and projected expenditures•Researched, discussed and implemented Assistive Technologies for ADA compliance•Researched laws, WSU Policies and Court Cases as they pertained to ADA Compliance and Copyright•Managed and maintained multiple databases for Textbooks, Media and Exams for the entire Global Campus.•Served as the primary contact for copyright research and license procurement for the Global Campus•Developed and maintained relationships with outside resources and companies for copyright, media, lab kit, proctored exam and textbook purpose (ProctorU, Barnes & Noble, eScience Labs etc.)•Assisted in the maintenance of the online course spaces via Angel including basic HTML coding •Completed the Washington State University supervisor training.
