Duties included opening and closing the bar, balancing money each day at open and close, doing daily bank deposits, accepting applications and hiring new staff with general manager, maintaining a clean and presentable dining and drinking environment, making mixed drinks, serving drinks and meals, and topnotch customer service.

In this role I was responsible for selling the QuickBooks program to small business owners as well as helping with the setup. This was initiated through the QuickBooks chat window. If further assistance was needed or if someone just needed a little more time, the process continued over the phone. This was a work from home position, so I was responsible for maintaining and acquiring all the appropriate equipment and making sure there was a good workflow with the scheduling for the day.

In this role job responsibilities included excellent customer service, greeting every customer, working up sales, closing seals, making sure customers were satisfied, typing contracts up, reviewing and disclosing contracts with customers, making and accepting cash sales, contacting customers for payment when necessary, balancing drawer at the end of the night, and maintaining a pristine sales floor.

In this role I was responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable dining room and lounge, preparing drinks and cocktails, making sure that policies and procedures were followed, helping to ensure that the scheduling was covered for all shifts, assisted with the hiring process, and maintaining both lounge and dining room registers and end of day deposits and reports, providing excellent customer service to all guests throughout the establishment.
