Managed program planning, organizing, operation, and staffing for 5 residential programs for adults (age 22+) with intellectual and developmental disabilities and DSM-V mental health disorders. Provided supervision to six direct support professionals. Authored Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) Plans for individuals who met behavioral criteria. Attended PBS Leadership Team meetings monthly. Assessed service support needs for individuals with cognitive impairment, co-morbid mental illnesses (per DSM-V), and issues related to sexuality. Coordinated services through provider agencies, based on the needs of the individual. Maintained regular and consistent contact with individuals, guardians, service providers and families. Conducted regular visits to residences operated by various provider agencies to monitor service implementation and efficiency. Maintained consumer records and computer systems.
