As a second line Leader, Amanda has experience of leading large teams which gives her credibility as both Mentor and Coach. Energetic,emotionally intelligent,with a great sense of humour, Amanda is an excellent hands on coach and facilitator. She uses her NLP and strong coaching skills, together with focused business acumen to ensure company and personal goals are achieved.
