I am a graduate of the University of Scranton where I received my bachelor's degree in psychology, with a minor in criminology, and a concentration in law. My schooling in psychology has helped me to understand human behavior which is essential for any profession. My schooling in law has helped me tremendously to understand certain SOP's, laws, and how to avoid any conflicts within the work environment. The combination of my studies has led me to begin a profession in Human Resources. In January of 2022, I was lucky enough to obtain an internship as a Human Resources Coordinator where I have learned many job responsibilities. I was even luckier to earn a full time position as a Human Resources Operations Coordinator where my main responsibilities are talent acquisition and employee relations. I am a sister, a daughter, and a friend to many. I was captain of my collegiate soccer team as well as involved in Emerging Leaders, and the Psychology Club for my University. I have always acquired strong leadership skills and when I get involved with something I will never give it any less than my all. I love to make people laugh and smile, and I will always do whatever I can to help anyone. These facts about myself are just scratching the surface about who I am as a person. I love the field that I am in and am excited for what the future holds.
