 Perform survey assistant duties to the surveying department.  Assist and support surveyors in field surveys.  Assist surveyors in drafting survey notes and detailed drawings. Prepare monthly survey report. Conduct on-field survey and record measurements.  Analyze calculation in accordance to the plot features. Coordinate with other surveyors on field survey activities.  Perform basic engineering calculations relating to survey activities. Maintain logs, reports and records in relevant databases.  Ensure compliance of established procedures and guidelines in survey activities

 Facilitating the development of programme cooperation agreements (PCAs) by providing information and drafting selected sections of it. Ensuring the timely and accurate recording and administrative processing of government & NGOs proposals and requests for direct cash transfers (DCTs). Conducting programme monitoring in UNICEF focus districts for cash and supplies and informing team-members on the status. Helping conduct regular spot checks of partner’s projects to assess their financial record-keeping, expenditure controls and reporting systems. Monitoring and tracking the efficient distribution of supplies that are required for effective programme delivery. Supporting the programme section in researching, compiling and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and information from a variety of sources on subject matters relevant to the work of the section to facilitate programme delivery as well as preparation of reports, working papers and presentations.  Carrying out transactions in VISION ensuring programme results, activities and programme coding are as per annual work plans (AWPs), and making amendments and alterations as per section revisions when necessary. Preparing monitoring and reporting information for supervisor and team on agreed performance indicators to drive more efficient management and accountability for results. Regularly monitoring budgets and financial expenditures of section by employing applicable tools, ensuring compliance with UNICEF rules and regulations, keeping supervisor informed and advised on actions for decision and/or follow up. Supports capacity development activities related to programme development by preparing training materials and participating in exercises. Working AIMs and ERD. Preparing Presentation and Action point for CMT/PMT, and Cataloguing and indexing archive items.

 Prepare and analyze project proposals. Clarify all queries related to proposals to interested parties. Provide meeting minutes in English when necessary. Plan, communicate and coordinate all national and international Pre-meeting of Social Business Academia, Country Forums and Coordinate ISBSP. Maintain leave record and leave utilization record as per company policy. Prepare analytical and statistical report on the projects. Engage with existing clients to obtain updates from them on their activities, try to assist them with any information or networking, provide them with latest developments regarding projects from Centre. Do collaboration nationally and internationally Communicate regularly with senior management with updates regarding above issue for decisions/ review on complicated matters Engage with existing clients to obtain updates from them on their activities, try to assist them with any information or networking, provide them with latest developments regarding projects from Centre Prepare analytical and statistical report on the projects Provide supporting information to any interested companies if members wish to visit Centre Capacity to anticipate the needs (equipment’s/materials) Delegate and guide tasks to prepare any presentation.

 Work with the lead teacher to monitor the class schedule. Assist teachers with lesson preparation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment. Revise lesson material with students individually or in small groups. Ensure the classroom environment is safe and clean. Oversee students during non-classroom times including in-between classes, during lunch, and on field excursions. Collaborate with lead teachers to recognize issues students are facing and recommend solutions. Help lead teachers to create lesson plans Comply with state, school, and class rules and regulations. Document student progress and communicate with parents to keep them informed. Attend all training classes, parent conferences, and faculty meetings.
