I am a strong, engaging leader with experience in the sales and financial sectors, primarily fashion retail. My strengths are rooted in relationship building, problem solving, project management, operations and merchandising. I've excelled in driving results through others and myself to exceed personal and organizational expectations. I have a passion for people development and training, creating high performing teams that shine with empathy, integrity and passion towards mutual goals. My strengths include being self-motivated, results orientated and highly skilled in achieving operational excellence as well as providing world class customer service at every level.I am proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and have a basic understanding of web design. I am also a strong communicator, both spoken and written.I required some time off due to my child falling terminally ill in early 2018. After her passing in 2019, I made a failed attempt to return to work in 2020. I accepted my self-healing journey and and am now working smart towards a soulfully prosperous life. 2023 was by far the most awakening and successful year of my life.I successfully created and ran a 17 month fundraising campaign for my daughter, totalling over $160,000 raised. This paid for treatments, bills, quality of life items and other necessities. In 2021, I also successfully remerchandised a locally-owned small business voluntarily in order to improve their operational and financial excellence. The project helped eleviate the urge to return to work prematurely, while the donated time allowed my mind and soul the freedom to navigate its healing. The store has since seen improvement in traffic flow, customer experience and engagement, as well as decreasing clutter, misplaced items and turn around time.I love working with individuals who share a similar passion of exceptional customer service, employee engagement, change management and development opportunities. My passion and drive for what I do mixed with a love of knowledge creates the perfect blend for growth and success.
