*Manage facility operations, including 20-25 employees, staff scheduling, and the facility budget*Order medical, office, and facility supplies*Organize and maintain resident charts including financials and medical histories,*Maintain employee files and ensure caregivers are up to date on proxy status*Conduct monthly in-services for entire staff to maintain educational requirements *Network and build relationships with home health, home care, and hospice companies
