• Designing qualified plans, processing distributions, preparing annual tax Form 5500 and performing annual nondiscrimination testing• Provide expertise and consulting with the design, management, administration, and communication of retirement plans for our clients• Help to identify and develop new business through excellent customer service, networking with other professionals, and being active in related organizations• Seek out new relationships with various plan sponsors, centers of influence, and strategic partners, producers and sales representatives around the country• Research resource material regarding DOL and IRS code, ERISA and other changes to retirement plans

• Partners with the Benefits team to provide data analytics regarding internal and external trends to support the implementation of new programs• Completed research on industry and market trends and provide recommendations for new benefit initiatives that bring best in class programs to employees and their families• Provide administrative support for 401K and pension plans including coordination with 401K vendor and external consultant along with payroll and systems to ensure plans are operating clean and in compliance
