Lead local design team: Built Qingdao design team, which now has five mechanical engineers and one electrical engineer, and responsible for the whole team. Coordinate with overseas engineering teams making the engineering department planning. Integrate local engineering resources to support all branches engineering teams (NLM/UKM/AUM/NAM). Train new engineers: Generate training materials based on different branch working ways and software utilization. Guide fresh engineers to develop and grow by providing necessary support.Development and design: Make 3D model, generation of manufacturing drawing, checking all items following TNA property standards. Quickly understand new projects and list the key points in the implementation, guarantee the projects finished on time with high quality. Actively collect feedback and fully communicate with team members to keep the whole team continuous improvement.

Support local production: Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Review engineering drawings and collaborate with production team to ensure efficient engineering to manufacturing production. Participate in ECM & MCM meetings to understand the scope of each project coming through the shop floor. Troubleshoot any technical design difficulties w/operations, which may arise during the manufacture of product, and take appropriate action to prevent future occurrences of the problems. Generate an accurate BOM based on the Sales Order to enable the PM to place the items in order on time.Technical purchasing: Provide technical/commercial assistance to Commodity buyers. Develop new suppliers based on products specifications and conduct technical guidance and training to the new supplier to make sure suppliers understand and meet or exceed the products requirements.Development and design: Design jigs & fixtures to ease production functions and mistake proofing. Provide proper packaging solutions and drawings to ensure goods transportation security.
