3D Group is a boutique talent development firm specializing in 360 Feedback. I’ve had the opportunity to work in all functions of the firm including consulting, sales, and project delivery. As a 360 Feedback expert, I guided clients in designing 360 Feedback projects of all sizes, from one-off participants to company wide development initiatives. I’ve provided one-on-one coaching, as well as group sessions, to individual contributors, middle managers, and senior leadership with the goal of creating a plan for true behavioral change. I’ve taken a solutions approach when closing sales to ensure our clients are receiving the best suited support to the challenges they are experiencing.

BRG is a consulting firm that helps organizations advance in three key areas: disputes and investigations, corporate finances, and strategy and operations. I performed as a Job Analyst for disputes and investigations. My role required expertise in job analysis, hyper vigilance, process orientation, and qualitative and quantitative synthesis. The opportunity allowed me to experience, first hand, multiple levels of job roles in a variety of industries while understanding KSAOs needed to be successful in each.

PinnacleART are leaders in building, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive reliability and integrity programs for process facilities in the oil and gas, chemical, mining, pharmaceutical, wastewater and electric power industries. Although I came in as an intern, I operated with the responsibilities and expectations as a full-time associate. I partnered with senior management on several change management initiatives, such as creating an internal communication plan for the company’s first acquisition and modifying onboarding to meet the needs of the employees of the acquired company. I also worked to improve existing training initiatives and conduct gap analysis to create new training programs.
