I am a passionate Supply Chain Professional with 16 years industry experience across multiple business units, from small packs to bulk, as well as a subject matter expert (SME) in end-to-end supply planning & management, implementation of ERP platforms and innovative digital transformation solutions. I've spent the majority of my career driving and coordinating large scale improvements in planning & operations, particularly when it comes to utilizing technology and cutting-edge IBP tools, resulting in value-add of $50M+ across the last several years. Most recently I've led development & integration of ERP platforms including SAP IBP & o9 solutions for multi-billion dollar companies. I believe that I should always leave whatever I'm working on better than I found it, and I do this by continually improving and optimizing business strategy with digital transformation, integration of AI and optimization of S&OP processes. It's also not just about the tools and technology either - engaging with people, identifying relationship improvements and inclusive discussion can be just as impactful to the bottom line as state-of-the-art technology.And just in case that sounds too professional and boring...I am also a mom of three boys who continually challenge and inspire me, partner to a man that supports and encourages me (as well as somehow convinced me that marathon kayaking - while he swims - is something I very much enjoy), and general keeper of the snacks for aforementioned humans, two dogs, and three cats. Outside of innovating supply chains, I also side-hustle in photography and I am a firm believer that recipes in cooking are really more just guidelines.
