- Utilize various release support tools (i.e. Copado, GitHub and Fork) to support a bi-monthly release cycle- Manage bi-monthly release cycles containing 20-30 different modules releases- Coordinate and help troubleshoot deployment related conflict/errors utilizing the .xml files located in git and comparing with Salesforce source/destination environments- Coach and lead deployment staff (3+ resources)

- Packaging the implementation of a release in Git/Copado, merging with upstream work, resolving conflicts, coordinating tasks with the development team, maintaining a pre/post deployment checklist and deploying to sandboxes- Troubleshoot and complete complex data loads- Defining and implementing standardized deployment schedules that deliver hotfixes, minor, medium, and major releases (using GitHub, Copado, and Salesforce methods).

- Extensive day-to-day experience in data migration and integration using data loader- Dedicated Tier 1/Tier 2 support for over 50 modules in one of the largest and most secure Salesforce Organizations - Push up enhancements from sandboxes to production bi-weekly with the Digital Transformation Center’s (DTC) release team- Fix issues with modules that are already in sustainment (e.g. built out sharing rules and public groups to get correct data shared amongst users)- Work closely with system integrators on all touch points including production support issues and deployment issues- Support the daily cross-functional operational readiness of VA's shared Salesforce platform- Collaborate closely with external contractors, solution vendors, and consultants to deliver business functionality - Create reports/queries to satisfy requirements; validate reports/queries created by others in the organization- Conduct performance reviews for direct reports- Provides training for new employees and tracks current employees progress

- Serve as the liaison between the team and the University Recreation Sports Club- Assure that the team's financial obligations are being met, while working with a $6,000 budget- File paperwork to make sure that the team is following procedures- Organize all games, practices, community service, and fundraising events
