My business background has predominately been within Customer Service and Office Management but in 2008 I was in a car accident with my family. This left me with a chronic condition where I was in severe pain with chronic fatigue. My life got turned upside down and for years I thought "Is this the way I'm going to live for the rest of my life?" Life was pretty grim not just for me but for my husband and son. Then in 2014 I was approached by a friend to try an amazing product. I found where to buy the products and started using them alongside doing a lot of mindset work. The difference they made were amazing and I started to feel more like the old me. So my thoughts started turning towards getting a job, but who would want to employ someone who's condition is unpredictable?? I then started looking at the business behind the products I was using. I was blown away by this company who have been established for 35 years(at that point), are cash rich and debt free with more than $1.5 billion is assets. Their worldwide turnover is in excess of $2.6 billion. This told me that this was a truly established business and the compensation plan and the support were phenomenal! I knew of the government "Investors In People" award and how difficult is to get, so I was blown away and reassured that they had received Gold award within 13 weeks of being in the UK. So although I was still scared of flinging myself into the world of being a business owner, I decided I had nothing to loose and everything to gain. Fast forward to January 2016, I have had promotion after promotion and I have built a fantastic team and helped coach and train them. All of the support and training we get from the company we work along side is amazing. I have huge dreams, I've already achieved some and I'm on track to making my family financially free and time rich. I'm also healthier because of the products. I'm now looking to help more ambitious people who want more time and money in their lives.

I scheduled tuning's and removals for the business. I called existing customers to update the information on the system along with adding new customers. I needed to keep the work diary for the piano tuner and make sure his appointments were booked in geographically correct so that he had time to travel to each one.

I took incoming customer calls regarding large items brought from Wickes (Kitchens, conservatories and bathrooms) for construction advice, missing parts and damaged items. We were trained to construct all of these so we could give sound advice.

My job involved inputting orders from our reps and customers via the phone. Sorting out customer queries or complaints. Introducing new products to incoming customer calls. I also helped set up a new laundry customer service department within the company.
