• Gathered information for cases by contacting one of seven county clerks’ offices and by searching on the counties’ court records websites• Provided timely and accurate drafts of legal letters, motions, documents, and any other writing requests• Worked together with the legal assistants to process information, documents, and notifications pertaining to the progress of all active client cases• Learned to organize and locate client files to ensure that any of the three attorneys’ requests were met in regards to their clients’ cases• Mastered using Time Matters 11.1 for modifying drafts and motions with the pre- existing HotDocs templates, along with scanning and saving documents into the database for client record keeping• Successfully learned to navigate and e-file notices, motions, and orders in seven counties using the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal website
