I am currently looking to further my career within the financial or banking industry as I feel this a perfect suit for me.In my current role of Banking Consultant my responsibilities are as follows:Responsibilities:Maintain level of competency by completing correct training in advance of deadline and proactively seeking observations from a manager to ensure competency does not go out of date.Use communication skills appropriate to different audiences, be it customers or colleagues, to ensure that information is clear and understandable.Drive change and look for ways to make processes more efficient, sharing best practice with colleagues daily.Analyse customer details, calculate affordability for customers and provide quotes for products.Write complex notes to explain processes for customers accounts.Plan daily and weekly diaries to ensure time is spent productively and managing time between conducting interviews with customers and phone prospective customer.Proactively manage conduct risk by maintain accuracy when taking ID from customers, giving information on products and opening these products.Use excellent attention to detail to eradicate mistakes and ensure I get things right first time, everytime.
