About Amanda To

I am a financial services professional, passionate about mentoring aspiring leaders and advocating for racial equality and social justice. I earned my BSBA from The College of New Jersey while acting as a captain of the Track & Field team (Go Lions!). I started my professional career at Vanguard in 2012 working in Fund Accounting. Focusing on my passion for leadership, I successfully completed two development programs at Vanguard to enhance my ability to coach and develop others. I earned my MBA in Business Intelligence with a focus on process analysis. Since I began my career at Vanguard, I have rotated through three divisions, growing my formal leadership experience and building upon my industry expertise. I have led Data Analysts to project management professionals. In my current role, I am a Senior Program Manager Discretionary Advice Platform. Program is a top enterprise initiative to position Vanguard as a best in class offer for Mass Affluent Advice Clients. My responsibilities range from collaborating with Product Owners, budget management, executive stakeholder management, and programmatic communication.
