A large portion of my role was to coordinate process improvement projects such as racking re-layouts and RF technology implementations, as well as ensure all processes were Sarbane-Oxley compliant.I was the main project manager for Whirlpool Canada’s national network consolidation project which entailed the shutdown of 13 distribution centers and the start-up of 3 new buildings within 18 months. I helped to coordinate the operational RFP, worked closely with construction companies and the real estate department, coordinated the internal and external teams and ensured they were aligned and worked closely with Whirlpool Canada’s transportation manager to help manage the required transportation changes.As a part of my role I also worked closely with the supply chain teams at various key trade partners to help streamline processes and make Whirlpool Canada easier to do business with.

It also required me to create and implement SOPs at the distribution centers and within the customer service team.
