I managed and trained a team of door-to-door marketers to find great solar power candidates and prime them for a consultation and sales meeting. I initiated the restructuring of my department before coming into management, greatly improving the ease of scheduling appointments with the customer. I also created systems for tracking customer followup and territory performance. We quickly became the top performing territory in the company. Auric closed its residential program to focus on commercial solar.

In this one year program, I worked around the country building grassroots campaigns from scratch to push for positive legislative changes at the local and national level. This included administering election offices in Florida and Colorado while doing citizen outreach. I also built a campaign in Illinois that culminated in a rally of over 110 people, speeches by 6 local figureheads and overage in two papers. I culminated my year by assisting in the creating and administration of a canvassing and fundraising office in Boulder Colorado, which exceeded expectations by raising $165,261. I did this while maintaining an excellent personal fundraising average, and working 70+ hr weeks.
