Perform activities as an IV&V Senior Analyst on the Healthcare Integrated General Ledger Accounting System (HIGLAS) an Oracle Federal Financial (R12) COTS based application for CMS Part A/ Part B Medicare Administrative Contractors. Work directly with CMS SME’s and System Integrator to implement functional and technical change requests. Participate in working group meetings, reviewing and providing input on functional and technical documentation as well as analyzing beta and alpha test scripts and results with the purpose of identifying document defects, questionable functions, errors and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens and content. Provide oversight on ongoing SDLC efforts to ensure that all documentation, testing and quality assurance activities continue to meet CMS’ policies and standards and are in accordance with Federal regulations. Quality Assurance Manager Activities in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements including developing and maintaining of the projects Quality Assurance and Security Plan.
