• Oversaw all components of OCY Site Based and Community Based Mentoring, Youth Violence Prevention Programming with Brockton and Plymouth Public Schools, and volunteer recruitment/outreach• Leveraged capacity of existing in-school enrichment programming in existing schools to launch after school SEL programming with four new partner sites serving approximately 300 children• Managed budgets for 15 cost centers and month-to-month forecasting based on ever-changing local, state, and federal grant calendars • Actively participated in and provided leadership for OCY Mentoring and Youth Violence Prevention fundraising• Direct supervision of staff team including recruiting, hiring, training and evaluation• Engage partnership between the Brockton Public Schools and 10 OCY Child Care staff in the administration of Enrichment Programming at 6 local elementary schools servicing approximately 900 children • Facilitate trainings nationally and locally in SEL, Positive Youth Development, Behavior Management, and Trauma Informed Care in partnership with Y-USA• Served as Staff Liaison to Board DEI Committee with a focus on recruiting and retaining BIPOC Board Members • Successfully led amicable disaffiliation with Big Brother Big Sisters of America and simultaneously transitioned all mentoring services to our own brand, OCY Mentoring, while maintaining all insurance and regulatory compliance protocol to ensure safety and client satisfaction• Facilitate communication between YMCA d’Haïti, serving on the YUSA Partnership Committee and hosting Board meetings alongside the OCY leadership team and YMCA d’Haïti General Secretary as we worked to ensure the site in Jacmel was built
