My entire career has been within the Automotive Industry. I started from detailing and rust proofing vehicles, then moved to certified lubrication and regular maintenance technician. I then decided to take my career to the next level with Georgian College and graduated with diploma in Automotive Marketing. During this time I was still working as a technician at a local GM dealership to put myself through college and I started my company called Ladies Car Sense. I present women's car care clinics and second delivery clinics to clientele of aftermarket repair shops and dealerships. Since graduating from college I hung up my steel toe boots and have been a Service Advisor at various dealerships, Assistant Service Manager and ran an aftermarket shop before joining Autoloyalty. Currently I work as the CitNOW Brand Manager in which I Sell, Market and train dealerships with the CitNOW Sales and Service application. I work with dealers to evolve their Sales and Service department and bring them to the next level with video technology. I truly believe VRM (video relationship management) is the next step in the automotive industry and I am excited to be apart of it.
