With specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I am equipped to provide effective interventions for a variety of disorders, including eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, and anxiety disorders.My education and experience working at the Renfrew Center and the Center for Hope and Health have provided invaluable experience using CBT interventions to treat anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma-stressor related disorders. Every year, my work reinforces my dedication to helping individuals overcome their struggles and live fulfilling lives. I am trained in a variety of evidence based models including Exposure Response Prevention for OCD, Family Based Treatment for eating disorders, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders, and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD which further enhances my ability to provide targeted and effective interventions for clients.I am committed to providing an empathetic and warm approach to therapy coupled with evidence-based techniques in order to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings and to heal.
