Accomplished PE Teacher with over 10 years of experience using sports and physical activity to positively impact young people. I am currently leading regional operations for Dallaglio RugbyWorks across the Midlands and North, applying my background in education to create transformative youth development programmes.As a Programme Manager, I oversee the strategic development and delivery of rugby-based development programmes. From recruiting and training staff to managing partnerships and reporting on outcomes, I ensure the highest quality and impact for young people participating in our programme. Leveraging extensive experience as a PE Teacher. Prior to my current role, I spent 10 years teaching Physical Education in secondary schools across the East Midlands, where I was Director of Sport for over 5 yeas. Here I honed my ability to design sports-based learning experiences that supported students physically, socially and emotionally. I am passionate about the power of sport and physical activity in developing young people holistically. I believe that sport provides the perfect platform to go beyond physical skills and teach the vital interpersonal skills that set students up for success in school and life.
