I have been able to put my experiences and training to work in film and in museum work. I am able to create period appropriate attire, and give presentations on this and many other topics. I am currently working in the museum world, and absolutely love what I do. I get to work in interpretation & education, create special programs, working with our members and donors, booking groups to visit the Park, working and creating special events, and my administrative duties. My true passion is museum education. I love being able to teach outside of the classroom. I like helping folks figure out how something came to be, and watching the light bulbs turn on over their heads when they get the concept. Its a good feeling to be able to teach old methods and traditions in new ways, and to bring history alive to the present and help folks learn for their futures. I recently completed my Master of the Liberal Arts degree in Public History, at the University of Richmond. I am also taking workshops with the Virginia Association for Museums, working towards their certificate in Museum Management. You may view my film work on History Channel 2, The Travel Channel, The Discovery Channel, American Heroes Channel, Lifetime, and almost any location that sells DVDs.You may look at my IMDB page at http://www.imdb.com/name/nm5754223/
