This position was key in supporting employee engagement through an extremely emotional and politically sensitive acquisition.Worked with the Royal Australian Air Force Air Combat Group to redesign the Air Combat leadership structure to respond to the acquisition of fifth generation aircraft (Growler and Super Hornet).
