• Greet guests promptly with a warm welcome and accurately take food/beverage orders• Increase restaurant sales by suggesting appetizers, specialty drinks, and desserts, and informing all customers of restaurant promotions• Multitasking as I serve multiple tables, making sure that no customers are neglected and all needs are met quickly• Provide excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction and return visits• Making personal connections and building relationships with customers so that customers will regularly return and request me as their server• Working as a team with my fellow servers to ensure that not only my guests are taken care of, but that all customers in the entire restaurant are as well• Staying in constant communication with management so that I always have knowledge of what's taking place• Regularly studying the menu/promotions so that I am always able to answer any and all questions customers may have• Checking the expo screen and anticipating things needed for upcoming meals, such as condiments/steak knives to ensure speedy service to all customers• Assist other departments in the restaurant as needed
