We help businesses, government, and nonprofit agencies by providing professional software development and office support to fill short-term and project-based needs.In conclusion, for the past 6 years, I have led our 7th grade El Portal Panthers to championship in addition to taking first place each year in the Ripon Christian Classic Tournament. While coaching I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and graduated Cum Laude where I then went on to substitute teach for Escalon School District and Stanislaus County. Through my professional experience and education I have gained and demonstrated qualities such as patience, team building and leadership, conflict resolution, and student advocacy. Tailoring engaging activities to my students' needs has been just one of the ingredients in my recipe for success in achieving specific behavioral and learning skills. Another ingredient that has proven to be successful is expressing understanding, empathy, and positive reinforcement in order to build strong relationships and confidence within each student. Creating a team for each child by communicating with fellow staff members, parents, and peers will ultimately build a strong foundation to a bright and promising future.
