As an Account Manager, I serve as the primary contact for Insured clients, providing support and addressing inquiries regarding their insurance programs. I handle Coverage and Contract Review, promptly responding to Insured requests concerning coverages and contracts for new projects. I work closely with Assistant Account Managers (AAMs) to ensure thorough follow-up on outstanding items post-initial review. I play a key role in New Business/Renewal Marketing, gathering underwriter data, preparing submissions, reviewing quotes, and making informed coverage recommendations. My Post-Bind responsibilities include coordinating bind orders with carriers, invoicing agency bill premiums, and managing accounting activities in EPIC. Additionally, I facilitate Premium Finance Agreements, securing quotes, obtaining client approvals, and maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout the process.I am also responsible for comprehensive Accounting Review, meticulously examining A/R Reports, monitoring databases, and allocating premiums to Insured parties. My role in Claims/Risk Management involves collaborating with Producers and the internal Alliant claims department to advocate for claims or assign risk controls when needed.
