Responsibilities included leading a team to complete processes within specific departments of the store. While in the departments we are responsible for maintaining accuracy in our backroom processes, maintaining salesfloor presentation- new resets, freight fill, price accuracy - and training new and current team members on all processes. I also assist.

Responsible for leading and developing a large group of team members as freight is unloaded, pushed to the sales floor, and stocked on the shelves throughout the entire store.

My responsibilities included owning the department, including keeping current communication with vendors, team members, and team leaders. I was also in charge of ordering the perishables for the department, as well as managing a team that would unload and stock the food trucks when they arrived.

My responsibilities included ensuring guest satisfaction and speedy checkout.
