Over my 12 years of management experience, I have developed an expertise in customer service. This expertise has given me the ability to manage customer satisfaction's success and struggles, including the ability to diffuse and resolve customer concerns in a calm and welcoming manner.As an Operations Manager during my past employment, multi-tasking was necessary as I was required to maintain cash office procedures, train and hire new employees and complete schedules.
