Responsible for tracking and maintaining employment eligibility for 125-150 employees who are on a visa through reverification of I-9 work authorization -Support onboarding team’s efficiency through continuous process improvement of workflow, organization of resources and day-to-day task lists, and make updates to current work instructions to reflect changes through team collaboration-Provide on the job training to new team members and develop new training materials for career development and task management
