- Responsible for planning and executing all merchandising functions, including managing sales, inventory, product delivery/assortment/stock rebalancing, product training, store event support etc., to achieve sales & profit targets based on the seasonal business plan for Shoes、RTW & SLG- Work with APAC Merchandising Team in the development and execution of merchandise assortment and buying plans for BOTTEGA VENETA China Stores.- Give guidance to the APAC Allocation Team on stock allocation, consolidation, rebalancing & return products etc.- Communicate with National buying team on a regular basis to enhance the product performance- On-going communication with Merchandising Team of HQ on local market needs and specific country requests, that include but not limited to special products, new stores opening and new initiatives of the region- Work closely with Marketing Team (PR, CRM and Digital) to incorporate Product Launch, Key theme push, Store Events etc.- Work closely with VM for the in-store display and windows to maintain a global image and drive sales- Conduct the seasonal training together with the national Merchandising and training team.- Be responsible for the merchandise distribution, stock allocation, store to store rebalancing and merchandise reordering management- Co-ordinate Bi-Weekly local products transfer/consolidation- Action Plan on Best seller & Slow mover- Manages sales, inventory and delivery status of assigned product categories- Call out any Initial Product delivery issues or Propose Replenishment- Support local retail team on merchandising related such as defective products, system retail price adjustment, store product request etc.- Event Planning and coordination merchandising related- Support any Marketing/PR tie ups events, exclusive opportunities merchandising related - Competitor analysis, pricing research, product research, consumer research etc.

◆Participate in buying- Propose OTB planning by store and by categories to Merchandising Manager to maximize the sales performance of the new collection- Attend Italy HQ briefing and buying appointments- Place orders according to the Company’s direction and individual store’s customers behavior/needs- Follow up orders by making amendments according to Italy HQ and Merchandising Manager’s advices; proposing reorder on ad campaign style with heavier quantities- Be responsible for Customer service and logistic on order confirmation and delivery.◆Analyze various merchandising Reports- Prepare pre-buy and post-buy analysis, such as OTB vs actual reports, seasonal comparison, style matrix and SKU reports- Analyze merchandise performance to identify best sellers and slow movers for further action on consolidation and reorder- Regular sales and analysis report plus specific reports for management’s review. Conducting competitor’s analysis◆Manage inventory level to ensure stores achieving their sales targets- Seasonal launch and withdraw plans- Arrange allocation and replenishment regularly to ensure enough inventory for each store throughout the season- Place reorder for best-sellers on regular basis◆Propose merchandising planning to management- Prepare seasonal markdown list; Update carry-forward item list- Conduct feedback reports seasonally in all stores; gathering information and propose “Wish List” items- Prepare competitors reports with information on their trends, pricing and promotions◆In-charge of various merchandising activities/events- Conduct seasonal product training for stores- Coordinate event with various departments ◆ Regular market visit and conduct local market trend report, competitor product report. ◆ Responsible for merchandise allocations to stores and co-ordination with stores and warehouse for stock replenishment issues.
